Undeliverable Orders

Occasionally, an order may be marked as undeliverable and returned to our fulfillment center. This can happen when the carrier is unable to complete the delivery due to address issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

What Happens When an Order Is Undeliverable

  • The delivery carrier updates the status of your shipment as undeliverable.
  • The order is returned to our warehouse or shipping partner.
  • You’ll receive an email notification explaining the issue and next steps.

Your Options

If your order is returned to us, you may be provided with the following options based on availability:

  • Reschedule Delivery: We’ll attempt to ship the order again to the same or updated address.
  • Cancel the Order: If reshipment isn’t possible, your order will be canceled, and you will not be charged.

Common Reasons for Undeliverable Orders

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unreachable delivery location (e.g., gated entry with no access code)
  • No secure drop-off area
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Delivery blocked due to weather or safety restrictions
