- Standard Return Policy
You may return or exchange most items within 90 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Original Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation is required.
- How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your PriceFigure.com account.
- Go to My Orders and locate the order you wish to return.
- Select Return in the Action column.
- Complete the return request form, including the reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
- Third-Party Seller Returns
All items sold on PriceFigure.com — including those sold by third-party sellers — are covered by this return policy. Third-party sellers are required to follow the same return timelines, item conditions, and refund procedures outlined here. There are no separate seller-specific return policies.
How to Return a Third-Party Item:
- Log in to your PriceFigure.com account.
- Go to My Orders and locate the item you wish to return.
- Select Return in the Action column.
- Provide the reason for return and submit your request.
- Once the seller approves your return, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
- Refunds
- We will notify you by email once your return is received and inspected.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days after the return is processed.
- Gift Returns: If the item was received as a gift, the refund will be issued as store credit.
- Exceptions & Special Cases
Some items have different return guidelines:
- Electronics: Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Perishable Goods: Not eligible for return.
- Customized or Personalized Items: Cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
- Holiday Return Extension
Items purchased between October 1 and December 31 are eligible for return until January 31 of the following year, unless otherwise noted.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Opened software and digital downloads
- Gift cards and prepaid cards
- Opened personal care items (e.g., toothbrushes, razors)
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Return Abuse Policy
PriceFigure.com reserves the right to limit or deny returns to customers suspected of excessive or fraudulent return behavior.
