Guided Delivery gives you more control over where and how your order is delivered. By providing detailed delivery instructions, you can help ensure that your package arrives exactly where you need it—safely and on time.

Why It Matters

Clear and accurate delivery instructions help our carriers find your address more easily and drop off your order at the correct location. This reduces the chance of missed or misplaced deliveries.

Tips for a Successful Delivery

• Enter your shipping address using the correct USPS format.
• Select your address from the auto-suggest drop-down menu at checkout to reduce formatting errors.
• Double-check for apartment or unit numbers, if applicable.

How to Add Guided Delivery Instructions

1. At checkout, select Review Order.
2. Click Add Delivery Instructions.
3. Fill in helpful information such as:
• Property type (house, apartment, business, etc.)
• Gate or call box code
• Additional delivery notes (e.g., "leave with doorman" or "place behind planter")
4. Click Save.
5. Select your preferred option: Leave at my door or I’ll sign for my order.
