Edit or Cancel an Order

You can request to edit or cancel an order before it is processed for shipment. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

How to Edit or Cancel Your Order

  1. Go to My Account and log in.
  2. Select My Orders from the menu.
  3. Locate the order you want to modify.
  4. In the Action column, click Request Change or Request Cancellation (if available).

Important Notes

  • Editing options may include updating the shipping address or adjusting item quantities.
  • If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for next steps.
  • Some orders placed through third-party sellers may have different change or cancellation policies.
