Delayed Orders

We strive to fulfill all orders on time, but occasional delays can occur—especially for high-demand or limited-stock items. If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you with real-time email updates as soon as possible.

Delivery Delays

If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please allow a short grace period. If the order still hasn’t arrived after the delivery window has passed, you can contact our customer care team for assistance.

Delivery Returned to Sender

In some cases, your delivery may be returned to our fulfillment center or warehouse. If this happens, we’ll attempt to contact you to reschedule. If a new delivery cannot be arranged, your order will be canceled and you will not be charged.

Orders may be returned due to:

  • Invalid or unreachable address
  • No secure location available for delivery
  • Customer could not be contacted
  • Cancellation request before delivery
  • Food or product safety concerns

Shipping and Carrier Delays

Your order tracking page will show the most recent delivery estimate. If your tracking information hasn’t updated for two business days or if your delivery is more than two business days late, please contact us.
