Included is a snap kit that can install a 10mm snap stud into materials up to 0.375" thick mats. Use the included wrist strap set to ground personnel straight into the common point ground on your mat.
- ✔︎ EASY INSTALLATION: The snap kit is installed into the mat with Philips head screw driver. The male type ground cord install connects to that snap and the opposite end is connected to the center screw of an outlet.
- ✔︎ WRIST STRAP SET: ESD wristband is standard with a 4mm male snap. The soft, navy blue woven fabric and curved buckle wrist band allows the skin to breathe and makes it very comfortable to wear. The band uses hypoallergenic silver-plated nylon thread for conductivity. ESD strap band is adjustable to size XL(Total length 11"/280mm) with a 7.5"/190 mm unstretched circumference, adjusted freely to fits your wrist comfortably.
- ✔︎ SPIRAL GROUND CABLE: Extra long 8 Feet polyurethane coiled cable offering a wider range of movement. Stretched self-coiling cord prevents tangles and keeps work area free obstruction. Other end of the spiral ground cable has a banana plug that is flexibly grounded to a common ground point on the mat. Stainless steel alligator clip provides strong clamping force, firm and not easy to fall off, improve your work efficiency.
- ✔︎ MEETS ESD STANDARDS: Antistatic ground kit is included buried 1 meg resistor for safety. ESD Standards require 1 ground point per mat or every 10 feet of ESD matting. Meets or exceeds requirements of ANSI ESD-S20.20 and ANSI/ESD S-6.1.
