Redesigned SteamScrubber glassware washers have a built-in steam generator to penetrate and remove dried residue. Built-in dual water pumps allow you to use a non-pressurized water source to provide a thorough cleaning and separate drain pump to reduce the potential for cross-contamination. Robust heating provides a water temperature that reaches 93°C to remove stubborn contaminants. Quickly dry glassware with forced air drying via an inlet in the back of the washer. The SteamScrubber washer features the CleanWorks operating system on an easy-to-use touchscreen display. Quickly access multiple preprogramed wash cycles or create and customize up to 200 custom programs. Almost every aspect of the wash program can be modified including steam generation, water source, temperature and cycle time. Easily view program progression via the progress bar display while running a wash cycle. The operating system also features program backup, program data logging, a USB port for data exporting, and access to installation and troubleshooting tools for diagnostic review. Interchangeable racks accommodate a wide range of washing applications. Designed primarily to hold general glassware such as beakers, utensils, test tubes, and Petri dishes, the SteamScrubber comes with upper and lower standard open racks that accommodate a wide variety of baskets and inserts. The upper rack includes a third wash arm for increased coverage. Choose between the undercounter or freestanding washer models. Both models feature a 304 stainless steel door and tank. The freestanding models also have stainless steel sides and top. Both models are available with a built-in window and LED lighting, allowing you to visually monitor the operation of your washer.
