We present the sets of manual taps of our trademark KRÓL for professional use in high thread production. Our threading tools are manufactured in high-quality HSS-M2, which allows you to maintain a sharp cut for longer and a high resistance to wear against ferrous and non-ferrous materials. They come in a polypropylene box in a presentation of three units (Taper, Plug, and Bottom) duly marked to be quickly identified in ascending order, minimizing errors in the threading process. With KRÓL taps, you can make threads in blind and through holes. You can also recover worn or damaged threads. Understanding the difference between the chamfer lengths and chamfering performance of each tap helps you make the most of the tapping process! The chamfer portion of a tap is at the opposite end of the shank where the threaded portion is ground at an incline until the thread of the tap eventually disappears. Screw threads are cut by the cutting chamfer portion of the tap during rotation.
