Hi Im Kathie Pelliccio, founder of "Kathie's Kitchen" and our premier line of pumpkin seeds, "Superseedz." I founded Superseedz because I loved to eat salads but I always thought they needed something more--more crunch and more flavor. I tried adding all kinds of things to try to spruce it up: almonds, peanuts, seeds... but found that no-shell pumpkin seeds (pepitas) had just the right flavor and crunch that I was looking for. As a bonus, they were unique, fun, allergy friendly and far more nutritious than other types of toppings.
So I started making my own no shell, seasoned pumpkin seeds in my kitchen. Flavor was critical. I searched the world over to find the highest quality seeds and discovered in Europe this unique variety... and we're the only ones in the world offering these seeds in these flavors.
