This tap is SOLELY for the purpose of enlarging existing stripped threads when spring coil thread inserts. It CANNOT be used for any other purpose. This will NOT work with standard size M2 OR M12... threads.
Pointed Tap: Downward chip removal, through-hole. Long life, fast processing speed, stainless steel die steel is applicable, but can be only be used.
Spiral Tap: Upward chip removal, blind-hole/deep hole. Stainless steel tapping hole/deep hole preferred, the strength is slightly lower than pointed tap, pay attention.
Made of m35 hss co material, full grinding process, .
Provide rapid chip removal for efficient threading and smooth tapping.
