Select Custom Text or send us your logo via Amazon messages or email. While vector file formats (.eps, .svg, .ai, .cdr, .pdf) are preferable, we'll do our utmost to work with whatever file format you have available. Please note that your logo should be in black and white.

Make your selections for your patch using the appropriate boxes.

In the Order Notes section add any additional text or notes, and the preferred placement of the patch.
