Function

Startup: Digital meat thermometer powered by 2 AAA batteries. Turn on by opening the probe, and turn off by closing the probe.

Auto - Shutdown: The instant read meat thermometer will automatically shut down after 60 seconds of inactivity.

OK Button:

• Turn off the alarm when it is sounding.
• Confirm the setting when setting the target temperature.
• Confirm the setting when setting the TIMER.
• Pause or resume the countdown on the TIMER setting page.

Temperature Unit Switch: Long - press the HOLD button to switch the temperature unit.

Temperature Pause: Single - click the HOLD button to pause the temperature display from changing.

Scroll Wheel Setting for Doneness Switch:

• After powering on, rotate the scroll wheel to set the meat type and the alarm temperature for doneness.
• When rotated to the CUSTOMIZED menu, click OK to set a customized alarm temperature.

Doneness Options for Five Food Modes:

• Beef / Lamb: Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well, Well Done
• Pork: Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well, Well Done
• Turkey / Chicken: Medium Well, Well Done

Customized Temperature Range:

• Celsius: - 50~300℃
• Fahrenheit: - 58~572℉

TIMER Countdown:

• Duration: Single - click TIMER to enter the countdown mode, with a maximum setting of 999 seconds.
• Confirm Countdown: After setting the countdown duration, single - click OK, and the time will start counting down automatically. The countdown page will exit after 6 seconds.
• Cancel Countdown: In the countdown page, long - press TIMER for 3 seconds to cancel the countdown.
• Pause Countdown: In the countdown page, single - click the OK button to pause the countdown, and click it again to resume.

Temperature Alarm:

• TIMER Alarm: When the set temperature is reached, the green backlight will flash and then stay on for 3 seconds, and an alarm will sound. Single - click OK to turn off the alarm.
• High - Temperature Alarm: When the temperature is higher than the set value, the red backlight will flash and then stay on for 3 seconds, and an alarm will sound. Single - click OK to turn off the alarm.

Notice

• When the probe is turned on, meat thermometer will automatically shut down in 1 minute without any operation.
