The anti bark collar workflow：
Press the sensitivity button for 3s to power on and set the sensitive from 1-8
No Zap mode: set the 'Zap' button to level 0, when detects barks, it will beep+vibrate 1s then enter into a new loop mode.
Zap mode: Set the 'Zap' button to level 1-5,
when detects barks 1st time, it will beep for 1.5s.
the 2nd time, beep 1s, vibrate 2s, and Zap for 0.5s.
the 3rd time, beep 1.5s, vibrate 2s, and Zap for 1.5s
the 4th-6th time, beep 1.5s and zap for 1.5s.
The 7th time will activate 'SLEEP MODE' for the 60s then enter into a new loop.
