Flax Granola Bulk (Mocha Berry)

NEW! and Improved: Mocha BERRY. We now source our chocolate from "Enjoy Life" Why? No soy, no dairy -- just chocolate liquor and non GMO sugar. As clean a chocolate you as you will find anywhere and that suits us just fine. What else is different? Nothing. Promise. We still start with the very best organic fair trade dark roast coffee and let that soak/steep with our flax seed base that includes flax, ground cinnamon and locally sourced molasses. The chocolate gets mixed in just after the bake so it lightly melds into the granola clusters for our most robust flavored granola ever. Once fully cooled, we add a scoop of raw sunflower seeds and non-gmo dried cranberries making for an all around "Plan Friendly" granola classic.
