This Forestwest 12ton Kinetic Log Splitter is a more advanced model called Kinetic Log Splitter. Tested with maple, oak, ash, etc. It is a lot more efficient with only 2-3 seconds per split cycle, much faster than hydraulic ones.
And this electric log splitter requires very low maintenance, you only need to keep it clean and lubricated. It can generate up to 12ton splitting force, powered by an upgraded 2HP (1,500W) electric motor.
This machine is up about waist high with a stand, so you don't need to bend over to do any splitting, and the front tray will catch all the split pieces ready for the next split.
The maximum log sizes are 16" long and 14" round (this may vary for different types of wood). Perfect for domestic use.
