Diamond Standard Coin

The Diamond Standard Coin is the world's only market-traded fungible natural diamond commodity. Like gold bars, you can trade this commodity on the spot market -- ONLY IF you hold the coin at Brinks, the custodian. Custody service is optional and costs $36 per year. Otherwise we deliver the Coin to you. The diamond contents for every coin are slightly different, but every coin is equal and has the same value. Each coin contains 8 or 9 diamonds which have been selected by a regulator-approved optimization system, so that the aggregate carat weight, color and clarity add up to a public standard. The Diamond Standard Coin is deemed "good for delivery" to settle futures contracts which are in development to list on the CMG Globex via the MGEX exchange. All diamonds inside your Diamond Standard Coin are independently graded and/or inspected by the GIA or IGI gemological labs, and the certificates are accessible by scanning the QR Code on the back of the Coin. Each Coin contains a wireless computer chip for authentication, auditing and transactions. Coins purchased on Amazon and delivered to owner do not include the Bitcarbon token.
