KR1101PD1 Charge-amplitude-time converter for building charge-sensitive time-pulse ADCs. The operation of the microcircuit consists in integrating the input current into the memory capacity during the operation of the control signal (gate signal). After the end of the control pulse, a transformation begins, consisting of a discharge of the capacity of the memory with direct current. During the conversion time, the chip generates a logic signal used to control the 125 MHz clock counter. The width of the output pulse is proportional to the charge collected at the input during the gate time with an accuracy of 0.1%. The peculiarity of the microcircuit is the need to use non-standard voltages + 17V, -3V and + 6V for its supply.
