  • Cleaning: Although the heat exchanger cannot be disassembled for cleaning, it can be effectively cleaned by running a cleaning solution and water. First you can run 5 gallons of cleaning solution through this heat exchanger and then run some fresh water. When finished, dry the heat exchanger.
  • Easy To Use: The wort inlet of the heat exchanger connects to your syrup vat, the wort outlet connects to your fermenter, and the wort can be conveyed by a wort pump. One side of the hose connects to your faucet and the other side to the inlet of our plate heat exchanger. Use another hose to connect to the outlet of the heat exchanger to drain warm water. Please install a filter for the wort to prevent clogging of the wort chiller.
