What Is an Immersion Chiller?
● Brewery cooling device that consists of a length of coiled tubing.
● You drop the apparatus directly into the hot wort, and then connect with cooling fluid(usually is tap water from faucet)
● As the cool water flows through the coil, it absorbs heat from the wort mix and therefore reduces its temperature.
