The Star orbiter flying 9716 rocket kit contains high quality body tubes, blow molded nose cone, laser cut balsa fins, colorful preassembled parachute and easy to apply Waterslide decals.
Almost 4 feet tall, Requires about 6-8 hours to build, paint, apply the decals. When launched on an Estes *F15-8 engine, the Star orbiter can reach astounding heights over 1800 feet!
10 and up with adult supervision for those under 12. Unless otherwise specified, all models require assembly. Tools, construction, Finishing supplies sold separately.
Attention: to launch the Star orbiter, you will need to purchase a PS II launch base (pn3552) with 1/4" Launch rod or porta-pad E launch pad (pn2238) and e launch controller (pn2230).
