With these fireplace mantel brackets, you can focus on the craftsmanship of your shelf instead of building a floating-shelf support from 2x4 lumber and worrying about how much weight it can hold.

Our mantel bracket is available in different lengths and features a predrilled hole every inch, so you can place your floating shelf anywhere along your wall and still mount it to a wood wall stud. This heavy-duty bracket holds up to 50 lbs. per stud (every 16"), including large kitchen items or hefty decor. Whether it's wood or metal, large or small, your floating mantel shelf will remain strong and look great any place you install your brackets.

This kit comes with 2 mounting screws and easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions that help guide you through the installation process. Note: Accessory tools needed to drill and router your shelf (sold separately by UltraShelf) include a routing jig, a drilling jig, a router bit, and an auger bit. This mantel bracket is intended for shelves that are 3"–7" thick and up to 7 9/10" deep. The support rod measures 4" in length and 3/4" in diameter.
