Descendants of the same cattle who are responsible for the world-renowned Kobe beef, their Wagyu cattle are brought up on the wide-open spaces of Australia’s golden pasturelands. Never given any antibiotics, hormones, or additives and finished on a minimum of 300 days of a specialty formulated grain diet, the Wagyu sourced from the Southern Hemisphere rivals all the rich taste and buttery, soft texture of the finest Japanese varieties.
