BESTOOL Manual Tire Bead Breaker is a handheld universal tire bead breaker for any single piece wheel up to 24 in. as well as 38 in. and 42 in. ply farm tractor and backhoe tires. Works great on automotive, truck, bus, farm tractor, RV, ATV, golf cart and lawn mower tires. Breaks the tire bead from the rim using force applied by either an air ratchet wrench or manual wrench only.
Furthermore, we prepare the additional tire rim clamp especially for super stiff sidewall tires and run flats. It can save much time for you and cover more tire bead breaker application.
Specific operation:
Step 1：Align the feet of the BESTOOL bead breaker with the bead and rim of the tire. Sometimes the strike plate will need a tap to get into place.
Step 2：Use an air ratchet or manual hand wrench on the set screw to tighten the hook to the inner rim. This will pull the feet in as well in a secure manner against the rim and bead.
Step 3：Use an air ratchet or manual wrench on the top screw to drive the center foot into the bead. The two outside feet will hold to the lip of the rim while you do this to break the bead.
Step 4：Once the bead is broken, retract the center foot. Loosen the set screw to release the hook from the rim.
★ Do not use impact wrench as it will damage the bead breaker.

Step 2：Use an air ratchet or manual hand wrench on the set screw to tighten the hook to the inner rim. This will pull the feet in as well in a secure manner against the rim and bead.
Step 3：Use an air ratchet or manual wrench on the top screw to drive the center foot into the bead. The two outside feet will hold to the lip of the rim while you do this to break the bead.
Step 4：Once the bead is broken, retract the center foot. Loosen the set screw to release the hook from the rim.
★ Do not use impact wrench as it will damage the bead breaker.
