Steel Shot S-170 - Blasting Media - Fine Shot Size (15lb)

Steel shot is the ideal material for metal resurfacing, cleaning, and stripping. S-170 Shot is a fine abrasive media with an approximate size of .45mm or .017". S-170 Shot is used for surface cleaning of stainless steel plates, thin steel plates, non-ferrous alloys, and decorate coat. Choose the size which creates the desired result. S-70, S-110, and S-170 are fine to produce a smooth finish with excellent coverage. S-230, S-280, S-330, and S-390 size shot produce a medium finish with good coverage. S-460, S-550, and S-660 are coarser for heavy iron and steel. S-780, S-930, S-1110, and S-1320 are the largest sizes for the heaviest applications.
