Depending on what you are adding the bar-b-qube to ( e.g. Charcoal, Pellet grill heat shield, gas grill smoke box, electric grill smoke box, cold smoking applicator ) this bag contains no less then 12 hours of continuous smoke and up to 20 hours. Mojobricks Bar-B-Qubes Competition Blend Oak is a blend of Virginia White Oak ( which slows the burn) and Virginia Red Oak (adds the flavor). Compressed at more than 20kpsi, with no binder, this wood flavors meats, fish, lamb, wild game, veggies and cheese with a smooth finish and a little strongre than mild. We recommend adding one bar-b-qube per cook. 5 bar-b-qubes per bag.
