Named for Azacca, the Haitian God of Agriculture, these are a dual-purpose hop first released in 2014. This is one of those hops that can be hard to find when you need them. The production is very low and demand is growing. We have plenty right now but our distributors sell out every year - if you want to try them we suggest you start right away because if it turns out you like them you might have to wait a year to get more! These hops come in a nitrogen flushed light and oxygen barrier foil pack so that they will store well and remain useable for a long time.
