At PriceFigure.com, we may occasionally cancel orders to prevent delays or unnecessary charges. If your order is canceled, you will not be billed.
Authorization Holds
If your order was canceled, you might still see a pending charge on your credit or debit card. This is a temporary authorization hold placed by your bank at the time of purchase. The hold will be removed according to your bank’s processing policies. Please note that PriceFigure.com cannot release or speed up the removal of these holds. For details, contact your bank directly.
Common Reasons for Order Cancellation
Your order may be canceled for one or more of the following reasons:
- The purchase exceeded our quantity or bulk order limits.
- An item became unavailable or went out of stock.
- There was an error in the price or product listing.
- Additional verification was required by our fraud prevention team.
- The selected shipping method was not available.
- The browser or app used was outdated or unsupported.
